The 2016 season
A 162-game replay world built from every player of 2016, simmed nightly. Same stars, new teammates, and no guarantee the best rosters on paper hold up over six months.
In 2016 pitchers threw harder and struck out more hitters than in any earlier season, while home runs began a sharp climb. It was a season of power arms and all-or-nothing swings, and every player here is rated from what he actually did that year.
Player ratings come from Retrosheet play-by-play. Clubs are shown by the game’s own team names; see credits.
